DeliVita launched in 2016 and is best known for its curved, brightly coloured shells, inspired by Italian pizzerias but designed in Britain. Its site carries a "Made in Yorkshire" badge, and Gastronomy Plus has owned the brand since April 2024.
The appeal is that a real clay and stone outdoor pizza oven fits on a table, with no apps or screens. Woman & Home's tester, whose family ran a pizza business, cooked more than 20 margheritas in their Flow review and praised how consistent each one was.
These figures come from the maker's own product pages and its comparison chart, checked in November 2026.
| Model | Fuel | Biggest pizza | Weight | Ready in | Top temperature | Standard warranty |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Diavolo | Gas | 12in (10in for beginners) | 10.5kg | 20-25 minutes | 500°C | 1 year |
| Flow | Gas + wood | 14in | 45kg | 15 minutes on gas, 30 on wood | 550°C | 2 years, 5 if registered |
| Origin | Wood | 14in | 42.5kg | About 30 minutes | 550°C | 2 years, 5 if registered |
The Flow and Origin share the same body: 430 x 628 x 665mm, with a 570 x 500mm cooking area. Both are built from a powder-coated steel shell, clay-infused insulation and a stainless steel inner chamber, so they suit a garden, patio or outdoor kitchen rather than a car boot.
The Diavolo pizza oven is the one to take away with you. It has folding legs and measures 370 x 420 x 620mm. You connect the gas, turn the dial and wait about 20 minutes, with no fire to build. The maker rates it as the most portable in the range and suitable for beginners, though it recommends starting with 10in pizzas.
It also comes with almost everything you need: a folding peel, infrared temperature gun, carry case, patio gas regulator and camping gas regulator. It suits pizza, flatbreads, vegetables and smaller cuts of meat on a flat tray. For similar compact ovens, see our mini gas pizza ovens and 12 inch pizza makers.

The Flow dual fuel pizza oven is the most flexible choice, and the one we would pick for most gardens. Use gas on a weeknight, wood when you have time, or gas with wood added for a smokier flavour. T3 reported a launch price of £699. Woman & Home's tester timed a margherita at 2 minutes 40 seconds and found the stone heated evenly from front to back.
There are two rules to know. When burning wood with gas, the fire must sit on the Pizza Stone Protector, and wood-only cooking needs the separate Wood Fire Control Shelf. Compare it with other multi fuel pizza ovens before you decide.

The Origin wood-fired pizza oven is the brand's original design, in colours including Chilli Red, Hale Grey, Very Black, Orange Blaze, Royal Blue and British Racing Green. It is the most hands-on of the three, as you feed the fire little and often and manage the flame yourself, so the maker says it best suits experienced cooks. In return you get real wood-fired flavour, plus a clay and stone interior that holds its heat for searing steak, roasting a whole chicken or lamb, and baking fish and bread. If wood is your priority, our free standing wood fired pizza ovens offer alternatives.

These large models are aimed at caterers and very keen hosts. Retailers list the Pro Dual Fuel at about 100 x 106 x 50cm and 135kg, able to run on wood, bottled gas or mains gas, and the Chef+ Pro at up to three pizzas a minute. We could not find them in our Amazon feed, so look at our commercial pizza ovens and luxury outdoor pizza ovens for similar options.
Product names have changed, which makes shopping confusing. Retailers list an older Eco model at 30kg that takes wood or gas. Amazon listings can also show details that differ from the maker's, so read each one closely:
The Red Diavolo's Amazon listing mentions a 5-year guarantee on registration, while DeliVita's warranty terms give that oven a standard 1 year. Ask the seller which applies. Other points from the terms:
Buying second-hand or using an old oven? A reply from the company on Trustpilot says warranties from the former company, which stopped trading, are not honoured by the new owner. Trustpilot's summary of 33 recent reviews is positive overall, with some complaints about couriers and slow warranty help.
The Diavolo runs on patio gas or camping gas canisters. The Flow needs a compatible LPG or propane canister, and you supply the bottle yourself, as it comes with a regulator and hose.
The maker recommends kiln-dried hardwood such as oak, ash or beech, and warns against softwood or treated timber. Keep burning fuel on the protector rather than directly on the stone.
Clay and stone ovens need curing before cooking. Woman & Home ran the Flow's burner for around an hour to drive out moisture, and the maker says to repeat curing if the oven has not been used for a while. Follow the guide in your manual.
Dust the pizza peel with flour or semolina, then launch onto a stone at around 400-450°C, checked with a temperature gun. Turn the pizza every 20-30 seconds. It is done when the crust is puffed and lightly charred and the cheese is bubbling. Let the stone recover between pizzas when you are feeding a crowd.
The brand's range page says Origin and Flow include a pizza peel, temperature gun and protective cover, but its chart lists only the stone and gas connector, so check the box contents with your seller. Pizza oven accessories worth budgeting for:
Stockists include DeliVita itself, John Lewis, BBQ World and Amazon. DeliVita also runs a Clearance Sale page, so compare it with Amazon before buying. If your budget is tighter, see our cheap portable pizza ovens.
At 10.5kg, the Diavolo is close to the 9.25kg Ooni Koda 12 in our guide to Ooni Koda pizza ovens. Woman & Home found the Flow matched the Gozney Dome for results while being smaller and cheaper, so the choice largely comes down to looks. For a bigger cooking area, see our extra large pizza ovens.
No. We found only gas, dual fuel and wood-fired models in its range, so you will need a different brand if you want an electric oven.
No, the maker lists them for outdoor cooking only. The NHS warns against using barbecues or camping stoves inside because of carbon monoxide, and the same care applies in a tent or garage.
The maker says 60-90 seconds once the stone is fully hot. Woman & Home's margheritas took over two minutes, and a thick topping needs a lower flame.
On the Flow, yes. Start on gas for a quick preheat, then add wood for flavour, using the protector.
Heat the oven to 250-300°C and warm the slice on the stone for 1-2 minutes, turning it occasionally.
Yes. The maker lists steak, roast vegetables, fish, flatbreads and desserts as well as pizza, so outdoor cooking does not have to stop at pizza night.
